Credit score must be at least 550
If applicant has "no credit score", a positive landlord reference may be used instead. Applicant must still meet all other criteria shown here.
Monthly income must be at least two and a half times the monthly rent amount
No bankruptcies or foreclosures within the past 2 years.
No evictions within the past 7 years.
No outstanding utility collections or unpaid utility bills
No balances owed to any prior Landlords.
Co-signers welcome. Contact property manager.

On site laundry provided in the basement.

Landlord covers water, trash/recycle, and lawncare/snow plowing.

Tenant covers all other utilities such as gas, electric, cable/wi-fi. Gas and electric are individually metered.

Cats and small dogs allowed. Pet rent $15/month.

Each unit is available on a standard 1-year lease term with the option to re-sign annually.
